What to Expect
All sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time.
Each session is a private, one-to-one experience. We begin where you are and allow the conversation to unfold naturally. You are welcome to bring questions, concerns, or simply come with an open heart.

If You Chose a Zoom Session
You will receive a private Zoom link by email after booking. At your scheduled time, simply join through that link and we will begin together.
Zoom sessions are recorded so you may revisit them if you wish.
If You Chose a Phone Session
Mary Rose will call you at the number you provided at your scheduled time.
Phone sessions are not recorded.
If You Chose an Email Session
After booking, include your question(s) in the appointment notes or send them via email to [email protected]
Mary Rose will respond within the timeframe listed for that service.
Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.
- Missed appointments are not eligible for refund or rescheduling, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you.
- If you need to adjust your time, please do so as early as possible.
