How to Allow Calls From Unknown or Private Numbers

iPhone:
Go to Settings > Apps > Phone and scroll to bottom > "Screen Unknown Callers" and set to Never ahead of our session time.

Android:
Settings vary by device, but look under Phone App > Settings > Blocked Numbers and make sure calls from unknown/private numbers are allowed.
