We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as "No Show" appointments, are strictly non-refundable.
Email MR immediately at [email protected] if you are having problems cancelling.
If you scheduled a ZOOM, please look for your Zoom Link in your email soon after booking. CHECK THOSE SPAM FOLDERS! Despite what the system says in your "Appointment accepted" email, MR will not call you if a Zoom was scheduled! Please meet her on your private Zoom meeting via link emailed to you.
